Refund Policy

In FX Careers, Customer Satisfaction is our Priority. NO fee refunds are permitted after the purchased course is activated to Explore. No Fee refund is permitted if student has taken any discount/ discount offer at the time of admission.

A 50% of fee refund will only be given if a refund request is received through email at Info@fxcareers.com before activation of the purchased course for explore, this is possible if the course is purchased through Online/offline payment.

Refund Policy for Offline Courses:

NO fee refunds are permitted if the refund request is received after the course is 50% completed. NO fee refunds are permitted if the student has taken any discount / discount offer at the time of admission.

A 75% of net fee (Net Fee = Total Fee – GST) refund will only be given if a refund request is received in writing before the date of the course (batch) starts.

A 25% of net fee (Net Fee = Total Fee – GST) refund will only be given if a refund request is received in writing before the course is 25% completed.
